Some Tips on Hitting Your Water Goals

Staying hydrated is key to feeling your best, but let's face it, sometimes drinking enough water can feel like a chore. But we have some tips on how Crave Stevia can help you crave your water!

1. Sweeten it Up

Who said water had to be boring? Our liquid stevia flavour drops are the perfect addition to any glass of water. My personal favourite is adding the Red Licorice Stevia flavour to my water bottle. I drink one litre on its own then the second one is my fun drink which makes me excited to get to it! We have so many flavours to choose from, our fruit collections are perfect for a more standard flavoured water. 2. Get a Fancy Bottle

Make sure it is one you know will hold up, if you are like me then you are taking your water bottle everywhere and it gets tossed around in my bag all the time. 

3. Set Reminders

Life gets busy, and sometimes we forget to drink water. Set reminders on your phone or use an app to nudge you to take a sip. Even if you reward yourself after like add fun flavours when you finish a bottle or get half way etc. Life is always about the small wins!

4. Make it a Habit

Like any goal, consistency is key. Make drinking water a habit by linking it to something you already do regularly, like checking your email, taking a stretch break, or every time you sit down to doom scroll make sure to keep your cup or bottle in your hand.

5. Track Your Progress

Keep track of how much water you're drinking each day. Whether you use a fancy app or a simple tally on a sticky note, seeing your progress can be motivating. I have a habit tracker in my planner for each monthly layout, this is a great way to look back on to see when you drink more or less and work on it for next year.
